Click the download link on the main site and save the LoveGoBuy spreadsheet to your Google Drive or local computer. The file works in Google Sheets, Excel, and LibreOffice.
Upload the file to Google Drive, right-click, and select Open with Google Sheets. This gives you cloud backup, sharing, and real-time collaboration features.
Familiarize yourself with the default columns: Product Link, Item Name, Price (RMB), Size, Color, Quantity, Domestic Shipping, Weight, and Notes. Each serves a specific purpose in tracking your haul.
Paste a Taobao or Weidian product link into the first row. The template auto-populates the title if the URL is supported. Fill in size, color, and quantity manually.
Scroll to the summary section at the bottom. Verify that subtotals, domestic shipping, and estimated international shipping all look correct before placing your order.
Use File > Download to export as CSV for agents or PDF for your records. Submit the file to your agent or use it as a reference during direct checkout.
